JAMB Gets New Registrar as Oloyede Hands Over to Aina Today

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) will today witness a change in leadership as its outgoing Registrar, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, formally hands over to his successor, Prof. Segun Aina.

The official handover ceremony is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Friday, July 31, 2026, and will be streamed live on JAMB’s official social media platforms.

The transition marks the end of Prof. Oloyede’s tenure as Registrar, which expires on July 31, and the beginning of Prof. Aina’s administration at the nation’s examination body.

The appointment of Prof. Aina was earlier announced by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.
